a month ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Sea View Resort is a very nice place to stay! The restroom and room are clean, with aircon and a refrigerator for comfort. Honestly, I doubted this resort at first because of some Google reviews, but I was wrong. The place is clean, organized, and has a beautiful sea view. The staff are very welcoming — Ate and Kuya always greeted me and kept the resort clean. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Siquijor!

6 months agoThis is such an amazing place! It’s a hidden gem in Siquijor. We got the ocean view room (I highly recommend)! The room comes with a fridge and water, the hot water is stable in the showers, the room is clean. The bed/ mattress is super comfortable, their sheets and blankets feel really nice, and the Air conditioners are new and super nice. And literally at your footsteps is the gorgeous white sand beach with turquoise clear beach waters! And it’s never crowded! The workers were very friendly, super helpful and made our stay a wonderful vacation. It is connected to a beach, so if you leave your valuables including shoes/slippers inside the room, there are no issues! We felt very safe and secure during our stay. It’s also right across from a great restaurant and cafe Tawhay where you get your complimentary breakfast and everything was so yummy there! Whenever we got sand in the room, I will ask and the ladies would clean the room so quickly. Thank you. As an American who traveled around the world, this place is a gem, and you don’t want to miss out!

4 months agoSorry but this is the worst room accommodation my family and I experienced. Setting aside the pleasant, warmth and welcoming staff and people around siquijor, this resort do not promise any convenience at all. We got 1 family room (we requested to transfer to 2 deluxe beachfront room the following day), aircon was hot, mosquitoes keep coming in that we have to use citronella spray. Bathroom was flooding every bath, water up to the door so u dont get to dry ur feet. Really terrible and yucky! And the wasn't closing naturally, you beed extra effort to pull the knob hardly as the door itself is not aligned or fitting was jammed. There's a bad smell coming out of either from the toilet or the drainage so u have to keep the bathroom door closed all the time. Generator do not autimatically switched back on, so we waited for more than 30mins of heat and darkness. You can only sleep and rest after the resort beside us stops the party and sound. Dogs barking around too. No amenities. Just shampoo and liquid body soap. No toothbrush and the usual amenities we expect from hotels/resort. I dont know how worse it could get but we got this deal from an agency at a package. Lesson learned. Do not juat rely on agencies. Pls dont book this unless ure used to this kind of inconvenience. Food at the resto is good, by the way and big servings. Breakfast is free but so so. Pretty much expensive compared to resto food in dumaguete. I guess siquijor is not yet ready for surge of guests in the future.

2 months agoStaff and the owner are very accommodating. We have last minute changes on our reservation and the owner was kind enough to grant our request. I hope they improve the rooms and location. If you read the other reviews, the issue about the smell in the room, ac not cold enough and its leaking. Still happening btw. So not sure when they are planning to fix that. And they have bed bugs.

a month agoNice chill hotel in San Juan, Siquijor. I like how the rooms are near restaurant but still private, perfect place if your want peace, my only complain is that for breakfast, coffee or juice is not included, you have to pay.
