Can I list my resort on Sofaree?
Yes! If you are the owner or the legal custodian with power of attorney, you are welcome to join Sofaree as a host!
How do I set my resort's availability?
You can set your own schedule for each property or service you list using the availability calendar when you create or edit your listing in the host dashboard.
What fees does Sofaree' charge hosts?
Sofaree listings are totally free! List as many legitimate listings as you wish (provided you are legally authorized to do so) !
Sofaree charges a flat 15% commission on your listing prices. No hidden or surprise fees are charged to you or your customer!
How does Sofaree verify guests?
After completing a booking, guests download a ticket with a QR code from their user dashboard.
The guest presents the ticket to the host, who scans the QR code, verifies the booking details & welcomes the guest!
How do I get started ?
Just click the red button above, and Sofaree will convert your user profile to a host profile!
Follow the options, and make sure you have a marketing-ready listing description, great photos, and your service options menu ready to save into your listing!
How are payouts processed?
Sofaree automatically processes your payout on the booking end date.
If you have any outstanding balances, it will be shown in your wallet tab, and you may submit a payout request using the Payout tab.
Payouts are sent to your bank or e-wallet account on the same time that they are credited to your account, we use Instapay for immediate transfers.
How do I know if I have a booking?
Sofaree sends you a notification email the moment someone books your property.
Our staff also makes regular checks and may call you if you have not yet approved any pending bookings.
