How do I become a host on Sofaree?
Sign up for a free Sofaree account, then click on Be a Sofaree Host. You'll complete a short host profile, verify your identity, add your listing details, and submit your listing for review. Once approved, your listing goes live and you can start accepting bookings!
Who can list a resort?
The resort owner or a person assigned by the owner can list a resort on Sofaree, and provide either proof of ownership (photo of the title) or special power of attorney (if not the owner). Sofaree will then confirm this directly with the owner.

To ensure that Sofaree listings are owned by authorised representatives, the resort owner or authorised agent needs to present either proof of ownership (photo of the title) or special power of attorney (if not the owner). Sofaree will then confirm this directly with the owner directly.
Can I host if I'm not the property owner?
Yes, if you are the person legally designated by the owner to transact for the resort or service in your listing, all you need to do is to present a notarised special power of attorney document.
