a week agoCalled over multiple days about a booking enquiry to the all the phone numbers given and listed. None of the phone numbers worked and all went unanswered. Can management provide a phone number that actually works?

7 months agoThis is not yet a resort. It’s a construction site with two model rooms that they’re renting already. The reception building is only a render and there’s no completion date yet. The kitchen is a construction container and the bar&restaurant is just a small hut by the beach. No decent resort should open before having the basic facilities running and the team fully trained. Despite the ladies trying to do her best, everything is just tremendously amateurish. In the last day I was dressing up with the curtains open to enjoy the view. All of a sudden a lady showed up to clean the pool area while I was still on my underwear! Well, it happened before that we were just relaxing in the pool and the lady would literally enter and call us!! Because there’s no door to the outside, so anybody can enter our private area and even to the inside of the room because the windows have no locks! There was a moment we had no electricity and no WiFi and had to drive to find someone and ask to turn electricity on. Shower water was warm(ish) and only after we complained we realized that we’ve been showering with cold water, because someone forgot to turn on the hot water since we checked in! I hope they materialize the vision they have for the place, but opening up in such conditions, just show that they don’t know what they’re doing and hospitality, at the level they want to play, is way beyond their game. I’m sorry to see such potential wasted, but unfortunately, that’s where I think it’s heading: total failure and bankruptcy.
