3 weeks agoWe had the best stay here, we considered changing our plans to stay longer! The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the rooms spacious and clean, lovely atmosphere and amazing location on the beach. The restaurant was also really good. They were very helpful organising transfers too. You could happily spend a few relaxing nights here. We had a lovely time!

2 months agoI had a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

2 months agoOur experience at Nacpan Beach Hotel was very pleasant. We received a warm welcome from the staff, who were always eager to help with respect, great attention, and a smile. The room was very clean and beautiful. Upon arrival, seeing our full name on the TV was a lovely touch and made us feel especially welcomed. The only downside was that part of the road leading to the hotel is quite narrow and dusty. However, we hope it will improve in the future, as we will definitely return!"

a month agoPerfect for the beach and relaxing but that is all. The hotel itself was great, rooms were great size and the bed was so comfortable. We found ourselves a little bored, not much to do but be at the beach. Food at dinner was good we ate all up and down the beach, breakfast not worth the money at the hotel. Road to the hotel is very bumpy, and it’s very far out to anything else. We didn’t have a sand fly problem but the stray dogs are heartbreaking

2 months agoStayed here for a week and overall had a good experience, though there are a few things to keep in mind. Positive points: - The beach is stunning. The waves can be quite strong, but it remains one of the most beautiful beaches around El Nido. - If you want to avoid the noise, parties, and crowd of El Nido town, this is the perfect spot. - Rooms are generally spacious and the showers are well-designed. - There is a proper gym with professional equipment, not just basic weights. This was a great surprise. - Modern amenities such as the TV with Netflix make it comfortable during rainy days. - The overall atmosphere is pleasant. Guests were friendly, staff were nice, the dogs on-site are adorable, and you’ll see a lot of little animals around. - Breakfast is good : at least better than diner and lunch - Common areas are kept impressively clean, even after heavy rains. Hats off to the cleaning staff. Points to improve: - Internet connection is very unreliable, which I understand is common in Palawan, but here it was frustrating. It only worked intermittently, and some websites were blocked by firewalls. - The restaurant food was quite disappointing. During one week we tried almost every dish, and apart from the pizzas, nothing was really good. Considering the location, it’s frustrating to not have quality dining options on-site. I suggest walking to the nearby small restaurants instead. - Room service for dinner stops around 9/9:30 pm, which means after that there’s no food available, and the only “snacks” sold are basic chips and chocolate. - Hot water was almost never available. It’s manageable, but this should really be fixed. - The reception staff felt overly scripted, too "much", but not always genuinely helpful. - Getting to and from El Nido costs around 1500 pesos round trip, which adds up quickly. Nacpan itself and the hotel can get boring after a couple of days, so you’ll likely want to move around. Overall: This is a nice hotel, but I recommend staying no more than 2–3 nights. It’s great if the weather is good, but during rainy days it can feel a bit boring and isolated.
