S Resort El Nido

Honestly, the best value for the money hotel I’ve ever stayed at. 1. Location was amazing. I mean you’re a 10 SECOND walk from the beach. You’ll have sand on your shoes before you walk into their (sparkling clean) lobby. 2. Rooms are amazing. Spacious, clean, well stocked, everything. 3. The service was the crown jewel of this establishment. Amazing work from everyone involved, extremely attentive and kind staff. Special thanks to Carl for his work in helping me get my lost luggage back!! 5 stars, would totally recommend to anyone searching.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the location is incredibly convenient and just a short walk from the beach and right near one of the busiest, most accessible areas in town. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Jillian and James were especially helpful. They, along with the rest of the staff, were consistently kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. Whether we needed help arranging tours, transportation, or motorbike rentals, they handled everything smoothly. They even recommended extra activities available through their sister hotels, which made our trip even more memorable. Because of their hospitality, our time in El Nido became even more enjoyable. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. We had a great experience overall and would happily come back!

5* service— outstanding team. Central location. But amenities are odd: I was happy to see a Dyson blow dryer and smeg kettle in the room, but surprised that the toiletries lacked hair conditioner or a bathrobe. I would trade the Dyson and smeg for hair conditioner. Slippers were by request but quickly brought to the room. I have the highest praise for the customer service, very responsive via WhatsApp and front desk. The hotel is probably not suitable for families— it’s loud and the amenities are limited. We were in a corner room on the fourth floor and it was a bit noisy but we didn’t mind. The smart tv worked great and we had good WiFi except for two brief brown outs. I think this a good spot for couples. The problem with floor to ceiling windows and balcony was that even with curtains it was bright in the early morning and warm. The AC unit blows directly over the bed which wasn’t ideal. All in all, a nice and modern hotel that needs to improve its little luxuries. I also hate the little cartoon stuffed pillows on the bed.

The S Hotel stands out for its hospitality and service. While we were there, they took amazing care of us and were always so knowledgeable and helpful, and we had amazing conversations with the employees. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, 4 days after we left I got a message from them letting us know with a picture that we had left one of our debit cards in our room. Their honesty and helpfulness was immensely appreciated as we did not even notice since we were still traveling and had not been using that card. It had fallen under the bed which is barely lifted from the floor. I asked them to destroy the card and they sent me proof again that it was destroyed which was great, and we were able to cancel the card to receive a new one. Icing on the cake was their adorable ambassador, GG, the sweetest hotel dog, who was an amazing treat of to return to after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend!

It is an amazing hotel at the heart to el nido, our room was really amazing comfortable, clean all inclusive. The most important is that all the employees are very kind and willing to help but our girl at the reception Jillian was a great difference. She is so cute always with her smile really helpful and we had nice conversations all the time, she was our friend in el nido.
