Out-of-the-way resort, which is great if you want to detach and disconnect but not if you want to be at rhe centre of the social or surfing action. Beachfront property that also has a pool and wading pool. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Onsite restaurant has homey food. Overall price is reasonable.

This is our second stay here at this resort with family.. we booked 5 rooms which is still clean and comfortable, air-conditioning unit is still very cold. Bed is super comfortable like before. Hot water still very consistent, rooms are clean and very refreshing. Could have again been a perfect place to find peace of mind and relax with our family who came from Dubai and catch up.. But unfortunately it turned out to be very disappointing, and down side is the very poor hospitality service by the restaurant supervisor Ron, he is forcing guests to leave the restaurant by 9:30 even if our orders came by 9:10pm and restaurant closes by 10pm.. his exact words is "bawal na po at don na po kayo sa tapat ng room nyo ililipat ang inorder nyo" even if their closing time is 10pm.. he will tell you be out by 9:30 because they will still clean the place and mop floors.. so 9:30came.. I was talking to someone on the phone then he approached us and said “9:30 na po kailagan na po namin maglinis" so I told him okay 5min.. he said "ay di na po talaga pwede lipat na po kayo" .. okay so that’s where i got irritated and told him we booked 5 rooms you should be a little bit hospitable with your guests.. you are in a hospitality industry, but guess what?? He turned his back at us.. and got a tray to pick up our food and bring it out... BUT THE MOST INTERESTING PART IS.. when we got out... and its only 9:40.. by 9:45 lights where off and all employees were waiting near their time out at the front office.. ready to go home by 10pm.. So okay came the next day,, just let it pass!!, so after a day out we arrived the hotel by 5pm, then came dinner time, we just decided to assemble some seats in front of our room instead of going to kubli which is 28min away from the hotel so we decided to stay.. and by 6pm.. this happened, and again Ron was getting advance orders for dinner with other rooms so we were the last.... my brother said “ok lang ba later na kami mag order? is it okay?”.. and Ron replied yes sir last then turned his back and walked away...so we were like, what???? Did he say last? As in last order by 6pm??? Is this guy for real being the supervisor??...the incident the other night was the very first time in all restaurants or hotel resorts we stayed in, and that we felt we were being forced out, specially it is still not closing time… and then this again?? 6pm only?? is this guy lazy or what?? .. Management really should do something about this guy, you will really loose guests because of him.. The restaurant should expect that some guests would really opt to hang out for a bit more than 10pm or at least be allowed to stay until the closing time of 10pm.. specially there is no night activities around the area.. and the assigned supervisor must be guided properly by the manager.. and one thing more! even when we stayed in front of our room, we were looking for the guard to ask for some water at the reception.. lo and behold!! we always find him at their barracks playing celphone..and this also happened for 2 consecutive nights. How about guest security?.. I hope this would be addressed immediately by the management.. This is really a memorable disappointing 2nd time experience at this place..

AC was not working well in B1. We needed to request electric fans; good thing they were able to lend us two. Breakfast took 1 hr, and servings were not worth the expensive price + 10% service charge. There is a one peso per g/ml corkage fee which is ridiculous. Nothing to do at all in this place other than to enjoy the quietude. Not worth it for the price and driving time, although the rooms looked really nice.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time I’ve encountered one that charges you for bringing in your own food, even though we had dinner at their own restaurant! You’d think they’d understand that some guests have allergies or dietary restrictions and need to bring specific foods. Yet we were charged for the food we brought in, can you believe that? And 10 beers? We were charged P50 per bottle! On top of that, the pool wasn’t cleaned until late in the day, so it wasn’t really usable in the morning. And at night, my son asked for the lamp facing the ocean to be turned on, but the staff either refused or maybe it just wasn’t working at all. Breakfast? It’s supposed to be from 7 AM to 10 AM, but apparently, the staff came to us and said we need to arrange it in advance, like I need to schedule my hunger? Room's great though! ☺️

The location is a bit far off however it gives you sense of peace and relaxation since they are a bit isolated and no nearby other resorts. They provide complete amenities even to our dog so kudos to them.
