Room is clean however sometime the hotel staffs may forget to clean your room so do remind them for this. As for the breakfast, many choices are available and is suitable for a short stay. If you planning to stay at least 2 weeks, breakfast served will repeat. Hotel is also close to the Pacific Mall to get your daily needs.

If you're looking for a good place to stay at in Lucena, 2205 should be a good option. It's walking distance from Pacific mall and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as salons and spas. It's location is by the river so if you get a room at the back, you'll have a view of the river. The general area is a residential area so it's pretty quiet

I'm probably being a bit too hard on my rating, especially as there doesn't appear to be much else in the area. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. They have a kitchenet area so you could cook your own food if you wanted. They don't have a restaurant on site so you're asked to order your breakfast when you arrive. The breakfast was delivered at the duly appointed time to our room but it was very disappointing. It tasted as if it had been cooked three hours before. They also don't trust the guests, so we were given a plastic fork and spoon which were hopeless when trying to cut the bacon or fish and it was almost comical trying to butter the toast with the spoon. The bathroom is in desperate need of a makeover. The shower sprays everywhere and there is basically no hot water (luke warm would be a compliment). The design on the showerer makes it impossible for the cleaners to clean down the side and it looked pretty disgusting. The towels are pretty old and you don't feel dry after you've used them. Whilst the room has a balcony, there is a large gap around the door so insects can easily get into the room. Probably the worst night's sleep at a hotel I've had in a long time despite the bed being comfortable. If you need to stay a night in Lucena, then this might work if you come with very low expectations.

The room was great! We got the nature view and the view did not disappoint. It was great to look at in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a mini kitchen! They provide disposable slippers, vanity kit, liquid bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The breakfast is sent straight to your room in the morning so you pick the night before. The staff were also so kind and accommodating. Also the bed felt amazing! We had a great stay. :)

It has mini ref, microwave, heater, cabinet, complete toiletries (even with disposable shaver & shaving cream) and disposable slippers. Breakfast is ok but could be better. The nature view is fine but the balcony is a bit small and there's no coffee table/chair to sit and drink coffee while enjoying the view. I hope they would consider this. The place is walking distance from Pacific Mall. Best of all, hotel staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. 4* for now
