Ouan’s The Farm Resort

although it looks nice the servic ehere wasnt as we came here for a morning training and the pool cleaner was acting like he owned the place and being disrespectful.

It was under construction during the time of our visit. The weather is not that good also but the resort is quite nice. There are other activities to try as well such as rock wall climbing and last I heard they have zip line, too. Rooms are clean as well as the pool. Would be better if they add more pool for kids. I wonder if they've repaired some of the old cottages.

The place is okay. Would not recommend it for an overnight or extended stay. The rooms and common areas are not well maintained. (We got a room with a broken shower, broken toilet flush, bunk beds with no means of climbing, broken tv, and has a cockroach. When I complained to the management, they simply smiled and said they were fully booked.). The restaurant serves reasonably priced food. The only thing good about it is that it has a lot of trees.

For the price, the rooms could use some repairs and upgrades. Wifi is decent. Breakfast is good.

My family and I had a good time, especially during the Summer Carnival event. Prices are very reasonable, the room is very nice, wifi is fast, staff are cordial and helpful. My suggestion is that they should have souvenirs available for sale. My collection is refrigerator magnets. I would have loved to have one from Ouans Farm.
