Eligibility
Only Guests with a completed, paid booking may leave a review of that listing; only Hosts with a completed booking may respond.
Prohibited Conduct
Guests and Hosts shall not:
- offer or accept payment, discounts, free stays, or other incentives in exchange for a positive review or removal of a negative review;
- post a review for a stay that did not occur, or on behalf of another person;
- threaten a negative review to extract concessions not related to a genuine service issue, or threaten retaliatory action in response to an honest review.
Content Standards
Reviews must relate to the reviewer’s own genuine experience and may not contain hate speech, discriminatory content, personal identifying information of third parties, or content unrelated to the stay.
Removal
Sofaree may remove a review that violates this policy, and may suspend accounts found to be manipulating reviews (including through incentivized or fabricated reviews).
