Baguio Holiday Villas

Booked a budget hotel room, the room was clean and has air conditioning but no fridge, small coffee making area but no tea bags. The room was extremely noisy from the street and passing traffic. Other rooms look much better apartments and premium hotel rooms are all away from the noisy street side and look far more accommodating. Outstanding customer service and cleanliness. Free breakfast in the reception area nice local fare that was tasty. Would definitely recommend but not in the budget rooms.

Really cute villas! It has everything you need. The only thing that wasn't working was the TV and the internet sometimes being on and off. This place is near restaurants within walking distance. Parking for vehicles is mostly first come, first serve. Otherwise, it is on the street.

Good location; nearby a lot of restaurants and cafes and just 5-10 mins walk to Burnham Park. Free parking is only for 1 car per room and it's being shared by the nearby bank. If you have more than 1 car there is an additional parking fee. Booked the villa, has its own full kitchen, no air conditioning but with electric fans, rate is more expensive than the hotel rooms. No internet and wifi signal unless you go outside. Due to miscommunication we were not informed we are not entitled to breakfast, complementary or with additional charges. Extra pillows and blankets have additional charges. Microwave is available but the tableware available is apparently not microwavable lol and we were not even informed beforehand. So we were charged for the broken bowl. Such a sad overall experience.

Amazing stay at the Baguio Holiday Villas! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend and will for sure book again!

Pros: The property was big for my family as we realized that we rented a two-bedroom apartment. Property is located in a prime location since it’s a few meters away from Burnham Park, Great Taste Restaurant, and other key attractions. Rooms were very spacious and ambiance was really homey. The villa we rented is far from the road so it was quiet all throughout our stay A P2,000 deposit was required prior to check in. Most of the staff are courteous and hospitable as they greeted and smiled at us whenever they see us. Truly good value for money. Cons: 1. WIFI is available but connection was intermittent probably due to the number of guests using the internet at the time. There were times when the internet was slow or not working at all. 2. Reception did not inform us that free drinking water is available (beside their counter). We have to confirm it with them when we saw other guests getting from the dispenser. Because of this, we used some of the mineral water in the villa which was for sale. 3. Hot shower is available. Unfortunately, this was not activated prior to our check in. We thought there was none as there were no mechanisms in the shower area for hot water. We only knew there’s a hot shower when our neighbor villa complained that there was none. The staff were apologetic though and immediately activated the hot shower in our villa upon request.
