Wonderful Hotel with Exceptional Service I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable, and the garden view was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast offered a great variety of halal-friendly options, which was perfect for me as a Muslim traveler. What made my stay even more special was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Joel for his attentive care he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. All the staff were kind, professional, and truly made me feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful stay with excellent service!

Me and my wife and our furbaby had a great stay at Grand Pines Hotel Baguio! The staff were very professional, friendly, and gave amazing service. Breakfast was delicious too! There was an earthquake during our stay, and the staff handled everything so well - calm, organized, and truly caring. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, safety, and excellent service! 🌲

Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern touch while keeping a cozy, homey feel. The balcony view of the pine trees and mountains was absolutely refreshing. We truly appreciated the comfortable beds, crisp linens, and the quiet environment that guaranteed a good night’s rest. The amenities were equally impressive. We enjoyed their art gallery, spa, fitness gym, and well-maintained gardens. The breakfast buffet was delightful, generous choices, fresh ingredients, and a perfect blend of local and international flavors. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. 📢 Restless Stay Due to Extreme Loud music from a wedding : Not the Relaxing Getaway We Hoped For Our recent stay was unfortunately dominated by incessant, overwhelmingly loud music that made relaxation impossible. We were present during a very busy period, as the hotel hosted two separate wedding events on consecutive days. While we understand that weddings are joyous occasions and that hotels host events, the level of noise was completely unacceptable. The sound system was so loud it penetrated our room to an extent that didn't just disturb, but actively prevented us from resting. Instead of a peaceful, relaxing stay, we felt restless. Adding to the problem, the acoustics of the room were extremely poor. It felt as if we were not just near the event, but literally part of the wedding party. We could not read or sleep properly. We chose your hotel for a relaxing break, but instead left feeling more exhausted than when we arrived. We sincerely hope the hotel takes steps to better manage event noise levels and improve soundproofing for non-event guests.

Staying for 4 days,first night was a bit rough,the room they gave me was quite spacious but it stinks,smells muggy,carpet has stains and smelly,I ask if I can transfer to any available room but they gave me a room NXT to a electric room,so I just stayed at the first room they gave me for a night,NXT day I ask to be transferred again,still same floor with sunlight coming in coz my mom is senior and she want a brighter room,only downside is very loud due to the construction NXT door,nice area,good ambiance...room need upgrade,carpet need deep cleaning.Won't come back though,.I like the restaurant will definitely go back.
