Tierra Fontana 12 Waves Resort

While we tried to enjoy every moment, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations. First, the customer service was disappointing. The cashier’s unaccommodating attitude made us feel unwelcome. We understand that staff might be tired, but a friendly and welcoming approach is essential in creating a positive guest experience. Sadly, this was not what we encountered during our stay. The room conditions were far from ideal, loud noise from guests drinking and chatting outside made it difficult to relax, and the weak, screen-like door provided minimal privacy. ++ the thin curtain offered little coverage, forcing us to use our towels to block the windows. These issues significantly impacted our ability to feel comfortable and secure. The bathroom was another area of concern, as the water was dirty—difficult to use. Such poor maintenance of basic amenities was disappointing. Additionally, the swimming pool was far from enjoyable. It caused itchiness, and the presence of insects made it clear that proper hygiene and maintenance were lacking. Despite these issues, we did our best to focus on the positives and make happy memories during our stay. We hope the resort management addresses these issues and makes necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.

The place is good, affordable easy to locate, but when it comes to accident and the likes, they are not prepared, they don't have complete first aid kit and trained personnel.

Malawak yung parking space and affordable ticket pricing. Went here to celebrate my niece’s birthday. Madami din pool at cottages. Reasonable ang rates. 10/10

We went here on April 7 (Good Friday). Honest opinions in the resort: 1) There is a foul odor that can be smelled coming from, I think, a piggery or poultry farm nearby. It really ruins the experience in the resort big time. 2)Their wave pool was poorly maintained. I think the pool has not been cleaned for a long time, so in order for it to look clean, they applied lots of chlorine to cover up the dirty water. You can really smell the intense smell of the chlorine that they put in, and I can't even attempt to dive in the pool because I'm afraid I might induce some water, and if you have been swimming in it for a considerable amount of time, you will feel itchy. I also want to address the fact that the flooring of the wave pool was disintegrating into pieces. Most of the flooring was very rough, and it can hurt your feet if you drag it. 3)We opted for the air-conditioned standard room instead of getting a cottage because we are only two and no one will look after our belongings. The only weird thing was that it was the only resort that I knew that had a day rate and a night rate for their rooms. They charge us 2,000 for using it from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and if you wish to stay overnight, you will need to pay another 2,500. For me, it was way overpriced for what the room offered. I've researched nearby resorts in the area; at these resorts, for a similar price of 2,500, if you book a room, there is only one rate, and you get the room for overnight already. I will never come back at this resort, this resort needs major improvement when it comes to its facilities and their pricing.

We just stumble on this resort here without looking any comment and reviews were just rely on the prohibited list of resort but despite of prohibited things or even without on the list as they consider wrong in their eyes they will confiscate and return after the examples extension
