Caribbean Waves Waterpark Resort

We booked the private villa with a pool and car parking, and it was a wonderful choice for our family. The kids loved the overnight swimming, and the free access to the water park made the experience extra fun. Although some pools were not open during our stay, it was still okay since there are plenty of pools to choose from. The villa was spacious and comfortable, perfect for family bonding. The only minor downside is that there’s no restaurant inside, so you’ll need to buy food outside about 2 km away. Overall, we had a fun and memorable stay and would recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway

We were honestly very disappointed with our recent experience at Caribbean Resort — but I also want to acknowledge that the management personally reached out to us and gave a refund, which we truly appreciate. They spoke to us properly, apologized sincerely, and assured us that the issues we experienced will not happen again. I also want to make it clear that this is an edited review, because they made the effort to address the situation.

We used to love going to this resort and visited a couple of times in 2022 and 2023. However, we were very disappointed during our visit last weekend. The pool looked like the water hadn’t been changed or cleaned in weeks. Additionally, the wave pool only ran twice—and for just 10 minutes each time. Absolutely ridiculous!

(We booked on august) Your stay includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, rice cooker, and water dispenser, plus BBQ grills for outdoor cooking. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy a complimentary breakfast of 1 kg of hotdog, 1 kg of tocino, a tray of eggs, and 3 kg of rice. The villas feature two rooms and can comfortably host up to 20 guests, with a maximum capacity of 25. Their staff is dedicated to providing friendly and attentive service to ensure all our needs are met.

A very huge, safe, and nice place to adventure for kids and adults. Btw, we enjoy the waves!!!
