a week agoThe place and cabin rooms are improved compared to the previous negative reviews here. Maybe they renovated recently as the cabin we are staying is very clean and neat. Nice place to relax and unwind. Better if you have other family or friends staying also in the other cabins to have an enjoyable stay. We are fortunate to have been invited here to attend a function. My only gripe is the narrow and rough road going to the resort from the main road (also pinaikot pa kami ng malayo ng google maps, dapat pala kaliwa lang at malapit na kaysa sa pinaikot pa kami ng malayo). Overall, it is a nice place to escape from the hustle and stress of Metro Manila.

a week agoAVOID for Prenup Shoots – Hidden Fees & Hazards! They take advantage of guests with undisclosed rules. You'd be asked to book a 6-pax cabin. They count every crew member in the total, slap on ₱1,000–₱1,500 per extra person, and force another full cabin cost past their limit. ₱1,500 charge just for crew meals brought in as it's outside food. No guest swaps allowed—they track by name, blocking friends after crew leaves despite under capacity. Not standard hotel practice so don't pretend like one! Useless 6-pax if you can't host 6. No advance disclosure, even in their pre-stay email. Bathroom sink clogged on arrival; restaurant wood plank snapped under my partner's foot. Terrible rough road going there with very deep potholes and uneven terrain.

a month agoHonest review only. First, I thought there was a free shuttle to the resort as advertised, but there was none. Secondly, there’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms only at the restaurant. Third, poor communication. Although booking a room was easy. I only received important rules information just before arriving. They also charged for outside food which was frustrating, a heads-up would have been helpful. Lastly, the rooms were infested with insects, leading to multiple bites while we slept. It’s worth trying once, but I wouldn’t come back.

6 months agoTL;DR: Worth a try, but wouldn’t come back. An Honest Review We stayed overnight at The Cabin Resorts Bulacan, booking a deluxe cabin since it was just the two of us and a kid. The cabin itself was fine — it had enough space for an extra bed, a TV, a small fridge, and its own toilet. However, the bathroom was quite cramped. There’s no divider between the shower and the rest of the toilet, so whenever you take a bath, everything gets wet — from the sink to the toilet bowl. It felt more like a powder room with a shower than a full bathroom. But it was manageable. As for activities, they offer kayaking, fishing, swimming, archery, biking, and ATV rides. Honestly, you can finish all of these pretty quickly. After that, there isn’t much else to do. There’s a large open lawn in the middle of the cabins and a pathway for walking or biking, which is nice. But it would’ve been so much better if they added some chairs, hammocks, or shaded seating areas where guests could just relax and hang out. Even the sunset pool doesn’t have chairs or umbrellas, which feels like a missed opportunity. In my opinion, this resort seems ideal for couples or guests who just want to stay in their cabin and unwind. But if you’re bringing kids or preteens along, they might get bored easily. On a positive note, the food was good!

7 months agoThis place is really nice and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We booked their most premium cabin with a private pool and garden, and everything looked great with no issues at all. The staff were very accommodating, and the service was excellent. There are plenty of activities too, we went fishing for tilapia and caught 12, which they cooked into a delicious sinigang. We also ordered a picnic, and they set it up beautifully in the garden. This was our second time here, and we definitely recommend it for family gatherings.
