a month agoI was a bit surprised when we got here—we thought we were in the wrong place because there was no sign showing the resort’s name, and the front looked more like a residential area. When we entered, it was beautiful, but we were disappointed to see a lot of trash scattered on the beach. The sand wasn’t the same white sand shown in the photos; it was dark gray. However, the beach itself is beautiful, with big waves. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I suggest that those planning to visit should place advance food orders for their barbecue, as it took about an hour to serve ours since they had to buy the ingredients from the market first. The food is affordable, and we enjoyed grilling it ourselves. Since only one staff member (“kuya”) handles the serving and assistance, I suggest preparing everything the guests might need before they arrive instead of responding to each request one by one. But considering that no down payment is required, I think they’re being cautious and prefer to prepare everything upon the guests’ arrival. Lastly, a suggestion for the resort—please replace the cabanas and chairs, as they already look quite old. :)

a year agoCrystal Shores Beach Resort is a hidden gem that provides a perfect escape from the daily grind. The crystal-clear waters are perfect for swimming and offer a refreshing dip on a hot day. The beach is well-maintained, with facilities including clean restrooms and showers. The gentle waves make it ideal for families with young children, and the scenic views are perfect for a tranquil walk or a romantic sunset.

a year agoI can't recommend this place...I just can't..... First off, their ads are deceiving; The place is not conducive as a get-away place because it doesn't look relaxing. It's dirty, parking is horrible, there are more daytour visitors than the actual guests so the outdoor space and pool area (which is a tiny space) is crowded with people picnicking and doing karaokes. We decided to cancel our reservation before we checked in and now they're playing hide and seek with us with regards to refunding us with our payment. We've tried all means to get in touch with them politely and peaceably but no response from them as of the moment. This happened last April 2024 and it's been more than a month...so, let's see what our next step would be...

2 years agoThe resort is clean but is short of parking space. The rooms we booked were facing the beach. However, there is only one cr. You need to lock and unlock two doors when using the CR. Water pressure is good. AC for the other room is not performing well. We paid for corkage since my family wanted to cook. Be sure to bring butane stoves and cooking materials if you want to cook.

a year agoThe place is vibrant, clean, spacious and pet-friendly. My kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. We love it. Only problem is the parking space. Definitely going back!
