The General’s Villa is a great place surrounded by nature’s splendor with lots of room for fun and adventure. Whether it’s for your family, friends, co-workers or classmates, our place provides a perfect blend of relaxation and intimate bonding. Just chill and no frills.
The main highway is only a few blocks away, and convenient shops and neighborhood public markets are easily accessible by car.
The space
Comprises a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there’s a bedroom with a bathroom. The room has a full size bed and a pullout single bed. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each room has a full size bed and a pullout single bed. We provide memory foam mattresses to allow you to sleep comfortably. Existing beds can accommodate 9 people. But it can physically accommodate up to 11 persons. In excess of 9, extra person charge is ₱1000 including extra bed set-up.
The spacious balcony on the upper floor is an ideal spot for you to enjoy the scenic view of the countryside and mountain during the day, the perfect sunset view and moonlight view at night.
Guest access
Free use of our infinity pool and heated jacuzzi from 8am to 8pm.

Occupancy
You can book this house up to maximum of 9 persons. But it can physically accommodate up to 12 persons. In excess of 9, extra person charge is ₱1000 including extra beds set-up.
The whole property is actually good for two families. I have 2 listings: a house good for 9 (up to 11 people) and a cabin good for 16 people and can be stretched to 20 people (with additional bed set-up). The two structures are separated by the driveway and a sprawling garden to give each family space and privacy. If you prefer the entire place for yourself, please notify me in advance so I can close out the house. But if you book both the cabin and the house, I will give you 20% off on both.
Camping on site
If you need additional sleeping arrangements, we have a perfect camping spot on site. Applicable charges may apply. You may bring your own camping and protective gears.
Entertainment
TV and Videoke rental fee is ₱1000 per day (up to 10PM only).
Massage chair with multi-function full body, legs and foot massage all in one rental fee is ₱1000 per overnight use.
Board games, table tennis and mahjong are available upon request.
Cooking on Site
Kitchen is equipped with basic essentials from cooking utensils to pots and pans, rice cooker, oven toaster, electric kettle and a 4-burner gas stove and oven. We charge ₱500 extra for the consumption of LPG tank for overnight use.
Outdoor griller is available. Bring charcoal or buy at a nearby convenient store.
Pet-Friendly
Pets must have their own sleeping mats and must be kept off the beds in consideration of some guests who may have allergies. Pets are not allowed within the pool area for their own safety.
Respect for Nature
We are raising an organic farm. We avoid using chemicals that are harmful to nature and humans. We recommend that you bring insect repellant lotion for your comfort.
Other Services
We have our farm personnel on site to assist you during your stay. Housekeeping, cleaning, dishwashing, cooking/grilling, pet & babysitting, buying groceries and stuff at the grocery or local market and other similar services are available from 6AM to 8PM. Rate is ₱150 per hour.
Breakfast
Let us know in advance if you want us to prepare home-cooked breakfast. Give us your food preferences and dietary restrictions. Charges will apply accordingly.
