One Laiya Beach Resort

Our experience at this beach resort was very disappointing. The staff were not accommodating and came across as rude. The rooms were also not clean — far from what was advertised. Because of the poor service and lack of cleanliness, we decided to leave and transfer to another resort even though we had already paid in full. Definitely not worth the money. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service for future guests.

Disappointing Beach Resort Experience Our stay at One Laiya Beach Resort was a letdown. The room was not clean, with visible dirt and stains. Maintenance issues were evident, and the lack of basic amenities like toiletries, tissue, trash bins and towels was surprising. The facilities were subpar, and the high rate (5000 per night for the Beach Front Room) didn't match the quality of service and amenities provided. For the price, we expected much more. Unfortunately, it felt like a costly mistake. Maybe revisit your cleaning and maintenance protocols and consider providing essential amenities to enhance the guest experience. Until then, it's hard to recommend this resort.

Powdery sand, polite staff, and calm water. This place could be a serene haven if one needed to relax. Just take your food, drinks, even your tent and you're all set to go! The place just needs to remodel it's showers and toilets.

No restaurant. Grilling stations are free of use. I was notified by the representative that they don't have a swimming pool. It seems like the photos with the pool belong to the white/cream building behind one laiya. Perfect Spot for family outing with kids as the tides are low.

My family and I recently enjoyed a day tour beach outing at this venue. The staff were incredibly friendly, which added to our positive experience. However, we were disappointed by the state of the restrooms. They were quite filthy and showed signs of neglect in terms of maintenance. Specifically, the men's restroom had rusty locks, with one even lacking a lock altogether. Additionally, the restroom lighting was dim, which may not suit everyone's preferences. Behind the restroom, there were men's shower rooms, but they were poorly maintained, with only curtains serving as doors. The showers themselves were functional but in dire need of cleaning. We kindly urge the management to prioritize the maintenance of the restrooms and shower rooms to ensure a more pleasant experience for all visitors. Thank you for considering my feedback.
