Villa Neyra

This place looks like it actually could cost less than it is advertised. Some stuff which could be in their storage are just left under our bed and there's no towels for guests. The shared space is kinda small and is so awkward to use it if there's already a large group in there. Location is just okay, accessible but you'd hear some noises from the street and the neighbors. Imo, this place is just okay to have a place to sleep.

The villa was clean, with nice view.But you have to be careful, the owner is a SCAMMER, she asked us if we want to do some activities, we said yes and she proposed 3 times normal pricd, we did boat for 6000php, and then we figured out that the price is only 2000php

We didn't appreciate that the boat cost only 2000php and she asked for 6000 php

My family was able unwind before school starts

My partner and I decided to have our first staycation together. My co-worker recommended Villa Neyra located in Mabini Batangas. We don't have any vehicle yet so we just commuted. Transpo experience: not a hassle for commuters. Easy to get to. And we left Tanauan Batangas by 5am and arrived at Villa Neyra around 10am. Accommodation: we are so glad because it's our first time staying and the kitchen tools and utensils are complete, there is also barako coffee which is really popular in Batangas, and there is also a refrigerator and grill. Our room is the Munlawin, very beautiful and so relaxing! Air conditioned, clean, with a balcony, and very aesthetic. Overall experience: 5 stars is not enough. You deserve a 10! Highly recommended for those who want a place to relax.
