House is clean and spacious; rooms are clean and each has its own full bathroom; kitchen is big and has everything you beed for cooking/dining. Big dining table. Pool is clean; water is warm. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome and memorable stay at this villa. My brother in law was the one who booked this place, however, my kids, my family and his family all enjoyed the stay to the fullest. The service from Donna, Emily and Bryant are top notch and we appreciate their help throughout the stay. Nothing compared to the experience of staying in this villa. Definitely will stay in here again when visiting Lian.

My experience was great! The staffs are very friendly and the place is spacious enough to bring a big group of friends and family. Perfect place to unwind, be productive because of the WiFi and also throw parties
