Very bad accommodation, very high steps, will not come here again! There are a lot of requirements. We have already paid 500 cleaning fees. Finally, the landlord claimed another 2,000 cleaning fees.

Cheap stay in Anilao area. Very friendly people. The stairs are just too steep for some people. Rooms are basic.

Not worth it

Before we moved in, we contacted the landlord and asked if we could skip the cleaning process if we paid a cleaning fee. He said we could, but he wanted us to do our best. So we cleaned the pots anyway, and the rest was just normal household trash. We also gave the housekeeper 500p. After we left, the landlord frantically messaged us, demanding a 2000p cleaning fee. We were driving on the highway, and he was frantic and threatened to file a complaint on the app. Do I need to take all my trash back home when I move in? What are you worried about? You charge 2000p to clean a room so shabby and full of mold and bugs? And why didn't you tell us before we left? And he even gave us a bad review, saying we made it a mess. Then please don't rent out your place, because it's valuable! I've never met a landlord like you—so rude and uncultured!

A great place to relax. Great nature. The sea is right next to the house.
