It is my second time already experiencing the humble and very accommodating homestay of Mama Nady's. The view, the location, the nipa huts, the ammentieis, unlimited karaoke. everything was great. But what I like the most is the hospitable spirit of the family running the business. They all are lovely. Would love to go back in the future. A must recommended homestay in Masasa.

Worth the price, we stayed 2 days and 1 night, we felt comfortable with the lodgings / hut the ambiance is so good even if our rooms are not air conditioned it is cool inside every guest comes they change bed sheets and pillows. The personnel are very accommodating they even let us use the videoke (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) kudos to that, the sound is good, comfort room is clean, kitchen is also. you can use utensils and etc in the kitchen for free must clean after courtesy for the next user. Day 2 we avail the island hopping for 4K for 2 boats we exp snorkeling near sombrero island very clear water with lots of fish, the boater takes time or accommodates us really well they even let us see sea turtles took almost 5hrs of island hopping. Great experienced rated 5/5 👍

That weekend getaway at Masasa won't be complete if you're not staying at Mama Nady's - this place is home away from home! All the amenities you need are just right here, no need to rant about getting a refreshing shower or a relaxing night's sleep.

We got the nipa hut, which Mama Nady says can fit 10 people. I would say comfortably fit 6 or 7. The fee comes with free use of the entire kitchen, lpg included. Do all your market shopping before your boat ride to Tingloy. She said somebody can cook for you but you pay extra. Her nipa hut place is so close to the lagoon but that is a long walk to the main beach part with fine sand. She has 6 toilets for her guests. The place is clean and we enjoyed our stay. Mama Nady arranged snorkling activities for our group at our request. Highly recommended if you want to see Sea Turtles (better if it is not Habagat season because water will be clearer). Her son is licensed to guide you to the top of Mt Mag-asawang Bato. I recommend going very early to catch the sunrise at the summit. Additional notes for first timers: No power from 6am to 6pm. Mama Nady can give you some hours of power on the day you check out, for preparations. The boat going out of Tingloy is 12 noon and the next is 2:30pm. If you plan to catch the 12 nn boat, leave earlier than 11am because it is hard to get tricycle to port. Travelled on mid Aug 2019. Group size: 16. We were her only guest.
