The Vineyard at Tanauan

I highly recommend staying at The Vineyard in Tanauan—this resort is an absolute gem! My family and I booked the Grange Villa, it offered the most breathtaking view of the vineyard, from our private infinity pool. It felt like a dreamy escape, surrounded by nature’s beauty. The villa was spotless, and has the complete amenities for our family of 7, the Housekeeping staff are fast in sending extra amenities when we needed. What truly made the experience even more special was the exceptional staff. From the moment we made our reservation, PRINCESS was incredibly accommodating, She made sure every request was taken note of and taken care of. When we checked in, the seamless service continued, Thank you ANGEL and everyone in the Front Desk. And to JESMARK who assisted us to our Villa, He is a perfect representation of the Resort, professional and very helpful. All the staff around the Vineyard « Grape boys » and all gardeners are all amazing too. Only comment that needs to look into (just my opinion ) The Long Table - to offer a bit of variety in the menu given that there is no Restaurant nearby, and the Price — is a big surprise too. Limited choices in breakfast buffet. Expensive dishes. I am not satisfied Experienced rain leaking in door of balcony. Bathtub is not functioning, drain closer is not working. Limited golf cart service.

First of all, the establishment has a good location. However, its service is somewhat subpar compared to a 3-star hotel. In accessing suite rooms, there is no elevator, making it hard for the elderly and pwd to access the rooms. Furthermore, there were times when the bathroom door (sliding) was stuck. Had to fix it ourselves. Tried the carcade, most machines are not working. Availed the picnic package, for its price, the food included should be greatly improved. Swam at the forest pool at around 7PM. When we accessed the shower/restroom area, there is limited visibility (few to no lights) which is crucial since there are stairs involved. Can be accident prone. Furthermore, towels should be requested from housekeeping using the ROOM phone beforehand. This is counterproductive. Finally, this is the only establishment that serves breakfast late. Starts at 7AM however not all food are available by that time. Still had to wait 30 minutes for the remaining food to be served in the buffet. Treat your clients staying in a suite room the same as you would treat your clients staying in a villa. For the price we paid during our stay, the least the establishment could do is provide an effort that matches the amount they charge.

DO NOT STAY HERE! 1. The villa we booked had stairs and there was no way to access the villa aside from the stairs. We brought a senior citizen with us and they had to climb the stairs. 2. Gate was broken. The gates are the only way to lock the unit sort if like a main door. We had to lock our valuables in the rooms and leave the common area without valuables as to avoid theft. 3. Unit was not cleaned. Floor was dirty and the electric kettle still had water in it! VERY UNSANITARY! 4. Shower was clogged, water kept on rising and took a long time to go down. 5. Pool was gross, I saw another person dip hin sandals in the pool in order to clean it. Pool had no attendant. (Plus staff said we could use the pool till 8, but when we got there by 6:30pm they already turned the heating off. 6. Intercom was useless. They do not have telephones. You have to use your own cellphone to call their landline number as the system they have is USELESS. 7. We booked this place as a birthday gift, they even got the details wrong, showed the wrong age instead of the actual age. 8. Castle next to our villa was blasting their music so loud that we could not relax on the balcony of our villa. Take note: Place only had 2 available carts, so going places took some time. DO NOT STAY HERE

Not worth it. Got to the only restaurant at 705pm. Food arrived at 9pm. No utensils were given. Other tables who arrived later than us got served first. Now they gave the food still NO utensils.
