Valentino Resort and Spa

Ambiance was nice. Great pool. Very friendly staff. Nice amenities. Only downside was that the bathrooms in the room was a bit dated.

Cozy place to have your memorable moments except they need to control the number of flies around. Judging the place is near a poultry farm that is why there are flies around. They need to rework the stairs going to the stage but Overall it is good place.

If you're looking for a nature vibe resort that is affordable you may consider this resort. The place is also instagrammable. They offer various activities other than swimming. They have Go Kart and other sports (volleyball, basketball, badminton and tennis.) There's a Restaurant inside which is affordable too. We only dine for the breakfast buffet that is included on our reservation. Every Sunday instead of plated they serve buffet bfast. We visited on weekends they have Saturday show at Maria's Restaurant live band from 7am to 10 pm and Fire Dance from 8pm to 8:30pm. The staff of the resort are nice and friendly. They also have 3 swimming pools in different locations. Since this is a farm resort there are some mosquitoes as walk around the area, but the rooms are safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It’s really disappointing because we went there with my family for my cousin’s wedding, and most if not all accommodations were subpar and extremely cheap for the price it was paid for. The atmosphere of the nature is nice, but the house-esque hotels where we actually stayed and slept at weren’t even clean, like the place had thin walls, the heater in the bathroom was broken, there were water stains everywhere in the bathroom, the rooms that included a lot of people looked like military double deckers that didn’t have enough room between each and every bunk bed, and so many more problems that were troublesome yet less relevant in this situation. Something that we found very difficult to work with as well were the staffs, especially the ones in the information desk or like the front desk of the hotel. When we advised them to make up our room and provide new towels for everyone so that when we come back from our cousin’s wedding, we could easily clean ourselves up. By the time we got back, nothing was cleaned up. All they did was they took the trash out and that’s it, so we tried to resolve it with the front desk and request for some new towels and toiletries, but it turns out they have a curfew and close at 9pm. Shouldn’t a front/information desk be open 24 hours so that whenever a guest arrives any time, they can easily assist them? That’s a brief summary of our experiences in this resort spa. Out of disappointment, I wouldn’t come back here again and would not recommend any of my close friends and family, even other people looking at reviews for this place, to go to it.
