Shercon Resort

Great place to enjoy swimming plus there are a lot of other activities you can try. Perfect for family outing & team building activities. We enjoyed our day so much. Although, if you want to try all their pools/activities you might have to prepare for a little walk as they are spread across the whole place. Overall amazing stay!

Shercon Resort is a huge property with plenty of swimming pools and activities like kart wheels, a maze, and a basketball court. It also has a restaurant, bar, and café, though you’ll need to do some walking to get around. The highlight is definitely the staff as they are always smiling and welcoming. The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi in the rooms, which could use improvement.

The services are prompt and the staff are friendly. The room provided to us is clean and cozy yet some amenities had issues. TV has poor signal. Air-conditioning unit is small and needs some time to make the room cold. The refrigerator unit is not working. The rest room is complete with amenities. The flush button had a minor issue and they gladly fixed it. There are more parts of the resort that can be improved but overall it is good. The view of Taal volcano is astounding.

Had our 3-day Leadership Training here last July 5-7, and it was fantastic. Food served is buffet style. Ambiance is very calm and serene with the matching view of the Taal Lake. All staff are courteous and polite. Though, there are some parts of the resort with no wi-fi signal. I have to deduct a service star for it. Nevertheless, other components are great.
