Parecaa Beach Resort

Beautiful Landscape and well run resort! Family run and very accommodating for foreigners. Rooms are clean and you have some different options whether you want more of a traditional resort style or more of a local type of bungalow or “Kubo” as they call it. Great for couples or large families and very kid-friendly! They also have a salt-water pool which they clean regularly that is a great feature! Would definitely stay here again!

One thing we check and non negotiable to us when checking a resort is the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the place. Upon checking the place, it was very spacious as well as the parking area. That day is quite gloomy. The accomodation we’re about to booked is quite nice since all we need is there and has 2 rooms. And the owner is welcoming and accomodating. However, i was bit turned off by the pool and the environment. im not sure if it was only that day but the water they used in the pool is sea water. It would be kinda ok if the sea was clear and clean at that time, but the water is cloudy/dirty. Plus, there is a large drain on the side (near their common kitchen) which is not hygienic for us. I hope they just use chlorine based water since they dont have beach (sand) and not all the time is safe to swim esp to kids when the beach waves is kind of strong.

Mabini's reputation as a diving haven is something that casts a long shadow over any resort operating within its realm. On the bright side, the resort's proprietors deserve credit for their accommodating disposition. The attentive nature of the owner, who went the extra mile to assist us with our needs, provided a sense of relief that undoubtedly contributed to the overall experience. Their dedication to ensuring guests' comfort is a commendable aspect that can't be overlooked. The accommodations at the resort stand as a testament to the notion that quality need not always come at a steep price. The affordability of the rooms, combined with their cleanliness, offers a fine balance between budget-consciousness and comfort. In this regard, the resort earns a nod of appreciation for providing a satisfactory stay that won't break the bank. However, the absence of direct access to the beach or shore is a notable drawback that could be disappointing for guests who dream of sun-soaked days by the water's edge. The inability to step onto the sand and immerse oneself in the coastal ambiance might leave a void in the vacation experience for those who seek such aquatic interactions. In conclusion, while the resort's owner showcases commendable hospitality and the accommodations offer a clean and reasonably-priced stay, it falls short of the expectations set by Mabini's reputation as a diving haven. For visitors primarily interested in exploring the underwater wonders, this might not be the resort of choice. However, for those who prioritize affordability and attentive hosts, it remains a viable option. Just be prepared to miss out on direct access to the beach or shore.

Very accommodating owner and staff. The place is clean and very relaxing. However, if you're looking for a beach with a shore line, this is not a place for you cause it's breakwater part. And the wave is too strong.

It's near my location, and I should say it was good, the staff are accommodating
