Close ish to town
Good privacy
Great for a small group
Byo everything food, drinks etc.
Shower water pressure on the low side...which is mostly standard in the Philippines
Staff were EXCELLENT!
This place is perfect for men getaway ! Bring your own beer and booze, bring a speaker and some meat to grill the owner ma will happily help you to prepare everything and you can just get wasted all day. Lol
For families and big groups this place is ideal, i don’t dive so I can’t tell much about it.
It has its own fire place and it’s very close at the water!
Just keep in mind that there is not much around so don’t expect much more than a bed , shower and and a coat terrace with a fireplace.
The 🌅 sunset is so nice ! You can just sit and enjoy your food and drinks.
One warning, don’t bring anything that you can’t carry ! There are about 100 stairs steps in between the parking lot and the retort. You need to walk all the way down.
The owner helped us but I recommend to get everything handy.
Thanks for the getaway !
(Only 90 minutes from Manila !)
This place was super convenient for people who dive. Ate Bonna is one of the caretaker of the place and she is super helpful!
The rooms are clean but the bed weren't very comfortable, they are a little bit on the harder side. The location view is gorgeous.
The best way to save money with food is to go to the market and shop for food and ate bonna's sister was a cook and the food she cooked was amazing! There is a restaurant called OMG 8 min walk, had their sisig, which was fire!
Dive sites in this area, especially Sombrero Island was better that in could imagine
Definitely planning to go back.
The beach is great for snorkling. You dont need to do island hop if you're after water activities. Bring your own goggles and life vest if needed they dont have any available. They do have scuba gears, though. We rented the vest for 200/head daily. Rooms were ok. The bed was very hard, well, maybe because im used to soft mattress. Cleaners dont have a vacuum cleaner to dust the mattress and other upholstered furniture likewise no housekeeping daily clean at your own pace. Food -I think it's overpriced there are nearby restos you can go eat at but if your picky I suggest that you bring your own and cook it from the villa's. Ate Bonna the care taker was nice and helpful.
PS. If you plan to do snorkling be careful as the corrals around are sharp and could scratch you. Marine life is great theres a sea 🐢 and baby sharks if your lucky.
