The place was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was extra friendly and very helpful.
There is a gym, a karaoke room some kayaks and they are free to use just reserve in advance.
Downside:
Not all the food in their menu is available which left you with very few choices
There are about 100 or more steps from the pool area to the elevator area for access back to main hotel. Which is very tiring specially if you have an elderly or PWD with you and if you need to order food.
No food service area by the pool nor a phone to call the desk or the kitchen if you wanted a snack while swimming.
There's a smell going down to the beach area which was really bad.
The facility is dated, but I think they are updating slowly.
SPA rooms were unavailable, but a massage therapist can be booked for room service.
Food was ok...nothing out of the ordinary and a bit expensive
We had a great time here.
1. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.
2. Staff, they are very friendly and accommodating.
3. Breathtaking view. Every corner is instagrammable.
The location was photo-friendly and the staff were generally okay. However, this was honestly the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever booked. The bed sheets had visible stains, and there was even hair on the bed — it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The towels were also sticky, with an overwhelming amount of fabric conditioner, as if they’d been washed together with the sheets. We never ate at the restaurant, we only ordered 1 watermelon shake which was mistakenly prepared for 2 people and charged us twice as if we have no choice but to pay it.
I was surprised to read some negative reviews about this place because last time we went here about a couple of years ago, we had a spectacular staycation (absolutely magnificent and relaxing stay)!
Parking was okay, reception was nice until they brought us and our things to our accommodation. We immediately went around and in every turn and side, we have seen nothing but beautiful and amazing sights! It's really like being in Greece!
We saw things exactly how they were shown on their website. We had a wonderful time appreciating the beauty of sunset while having our early dinner. The food was great! We enjoyed our dinner, complimentary breakfast, and lunch.
Your beds and mattress have a lot of bed bugs! The linens and towels are all soiled and gray. The linens have a lot of blood stains from bed bug bites of guests. Both rooms we booked were infested with bed bugs. The rooms and bathrooms are dilapidated and need major renovation. Very disappointing and stressful experience. The room furnitures were old and scratched. The curtains very dirty with stains. The bathroom rain shower was broken and the bathroom floors were flooding. the bathtub was also dirty and not usable. The pool also had a lot of rust.
