1. Pics on socmed are trap. They agled it to look like that the resort is big but it is not. 2. You will only get information like, not long beach, coral beach, small room for large crowd. Other rooms are loud. And no discresion that videoke will be too LOUD, after you paid the reservation. And no refunds will be given. 3. The resort should've talked with the other resorts to unite their shores to become long beach rather than privatize their own shores. 4. Overprized store items! Only about 15kms from town proper but the price is over the srp. . Overall the guidelines must be provided on all their socmed and provide info about refund policy. . Conclusion will never go back again. Fix your shores and maybe we will reconsider.

We booked last Oct 3 and our stay was outstanding. Prior to our stay, their room was damage. They upgraded us to the next available room! Such a great customer service. Their glamp tent was clean and smelled freshly clean. Amenities are convenient for our use. Thank you and we'll book again 👍

It is a very nice place if you want to get away from everything. They accommodate real good service was great and the provided home cook meals just have to ask what you crave. Amazing people.

We had a truly satisfying stay at Arenzo Beach Resort. As a group of over 80 people, we were very well taken care of by the staff. Their team managed everything smoothly, and we are grateful for their efforts. We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the reservation staff, who assisted us throughout the planning and booking process. We also enjoyed renting a boat for island hopping, which was a highlight of our trip. The boat rental experience was well-organized and fun. Thank you to the entire Arenzo Beach Resort team for making our trip memorable and enjoyable!

Disappointed and Misled – Not Worth the Hype We recently stayed at this resort, and honestly, it was a major letdown. The place was nothing like what was advertised. First off, the beach was a joke—there was no sand to relax or run to, just sea right after the resort. Total disappointment. The rooms were another nightmare. They claimed it could accommodate 16 to 18 people, but in reality, it could barely fit 6 to 8 comfortably. Completely misleading and frustrating, especially when you're expecting enough space for a big group. The organizer or manager we dealt with was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Everything at their store and the services they offered were overpriced, and for what? The resort itself wasn’t even that nice to look at. No charm, no wow factor—just meh. Would not recommend this place. Save your money and find somewhere that actually delivers on its promises.
