Stayed for 8 consecutive days here and it was great! Staff was very accommodating and very helpful with our needs. Love the fact that we can watch Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime in their little smart TV! Kudos to the team esp to Manager Robert and their friendly receptionists. Thank you and we will come back again!

The hotel is great. Clean rooms and very good service. They even greet me with smile and have a welcome drinks as I enter their lobby. Affordable price and near fast food establishments and mall.

I have been looking for a nice hotel for so long in Balayan and now I know where to stay when visiting relatives. The place is really classy but economical and the staff are very accommodating. I will be coming back to stay in this lovely hotel for months/ year to come. Thank you Casa Ilustre!
