Hip Nautic Beach Resort by Cocotel

We had random roadtrip with my family, suddenly we ended up in this resort. It's not bad at all, we got 'bahay kubo room with AC'. The resort is clean and attentive staffs.

We had an amazing time at this resort, definitely a 5-star experience! The service was excellent and communication was smooth, especially with the very accommodating owner. We really appreciated being allowed to use the karaoke and basketball court, and the fact that they made the karaoke free for us was such a thoughtful bonus. We also enjoyed the large, clean pool and the neat, comfortable rooms that made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was just perfect. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

For a price you pay somewhere else at a 3 or 4 star hotel you get no towels, no soap nor anything else. WiFi codes are given for 8 hours then you need to reconnect. The staff isn’t helpful at all. There is a street in front of the hotel so it is super noisy. The only good things are that the room is spacious and clean.

Clean comfortable and roomy, if you want the budget in a group for a place to stay look no further not to mention it has a lot of space and private balcony with air-conditioning and TV. They serve complementary breakfast and meals upon request. Has a hidden beach front with swimming pool and also air-conditioned nipa huts for rent. Attentive and friendly staff who are worth to mention. Looking forward they improve the place better. Bring your own towel and toiletries thou you can buy a few min walk to 7/11 nearby for your needs. Keep in mind wifi is only available upon request. Also thier location is very near the main road and have lots of eateries nearby

The rooms are clean and comfortably spacious unless you will exceed the room capacity. Everything has corkage fee and the fees are quite exaggerated. The staffs are approachable and polite but lacks hospitality. I have visited my friends who checked in at casa rafael the same dates we were staying at Hip Nautic and the difference with how we were entertained by the owner itself compared to the staffs of hip nautic was huge, i felt more at home and welcome with my friends accomodation. We also refrigerated our meats at their kitchen and when we asked to get them so we can cook, our 1 kilo of ground beef was missing and they cannot offer any answer as to where it is or what happened.
