Greenridge Resort

Pros: 1. Parking isn't a problem. 2. Whole resort is clean. 3. The person managing their Facebook page (I believe he/she is the owner) is quite helpful and answers our questions effectively. 4. The free breakfast was delivered way ahead of our 8am agreement. It was delivered to our AHouse at 7:30am. I was pleasantly surprised considering our experience the night before. Cons (for context, there was a large group having their team building when we were there last weekend so maybe this was a factor): 1. Restaurant at around 7pm didn't have much food available. It closes at 9pm. So better to just cook or bring your own food. 2. Quiet time is at 10pm but we were still hearing loud noises/karaoke signing at around 12:30am. I talked to one of the staff the following day and they said there were already telling the group to lower down their voices/karaoke but they were being ignored. I messaged their FB as well and he/she told me the same and added that they can't do anything because the group are paying customers. Well, we are also paying customers as well right? 3. The AHouse bathroom is quite small. I'm around 5'10" and I can't stand upright while showering.

Pathway leading to the place is a pair of concrete strips, which is a poor excuse for a road. They have plenty of parking spaces, though there's no shade. The entire place is big. Comfort rooms all have bidets installed and working locks.

We booked at GreenRidge Resort just this April after a long search for a really good one for our group. The pictures on their site tell it all. Ver nice, very spacious, very clean,very cozy and the service is 5 star. Falling leaves are expected since trees are all around the resort. We booked the big one which has 2BR upstairs good for 12pax and has a mini pool w/ mini falls just below it. Nice and clean We also booked 2 A House units to accomodate the 17 of us . Their main pool is huge and clean, odorless too We enjoyed the scenic view from their 3rd floor rooftop. A perfect place for special events . We did our morning exercise on this viewdeck , so refreshing. A Big Pavillon for events, is on the other side of the resort . Nicely designed and classy. Overall, we made the right decision in choosing to spend our 2 nights vacation at Greenridge. Special thanks to Roma who assisted us attentively to all my querries . She quickly answered my calls and allowed us on some requests for us to enjoy the facilities a little more. Your boys are all around the resorts, always available and ready to help too. Thanks to Dondon and the other boys. Suggestion : Bidet For your guests convenience please make this available in all your CRs. Your resort is classy , put away all plastic wares in your CRs. Having Bidets will level up the overall rating of your accom units. My family had fun in this resort. It is tucked away from the busy town of Candelaria, Quezon yet close enough to my brother's house. They offer billiards, ping-pong, air hockey and karaoke beside their amazing pool with jaccuzi. The resort has lovely fully airconditioned huts. If the native hut is not your prefernce, the resort also has other rooms that can accomodate up to more than 10 people. The staff were great too. The only downside or maybe upside for others, the reaort does not offer food.

Staff are accommodating and friendly . Just the cleanliness not superior .
