Quite a luxurious resort by the road side. This resort offers quality pools and rooms. You may also have a pool side massage if you want to. This place is like a hidden gem. You'd only see its beauty if you check in. One would surely enjoy the beauty of its cottages too. It is surely perfect for the family.
Inlove with this place! The room we got is a family unit. Spacious, clean, the ACs are cool. Welcoming and accomodating staff they are all polite and are smiley faces. The whole place is clean and the ambience of the place is relaxing and lives up to its name - Sanctuario. The pools are so clean and the kids really enjoyed the slides and playground. One thing to keep in mind is that they don't let guests bring their own food but it's fine because they serve really good food and also there are nearby restaurants outside.
This place is such a cool getaway. The Casita that we stayed in was awesome right down to the toilet situated in an underground cove below the actual bathroom. Fabulous pool. So clean and well-maintained. Not overly chlorined like other pools. Since it's semi-private, only guests who have casitas can stay overnight. Very peaceful and relaxing. A place where you can rejuvenate yourself. Plus, you get access to a breakfast buffet in the morning. Food was tasty and in the right amount. The only thing that might be slightly off would be that you couldn't bring in food from outside the premise. Either you order within or you go outside to one of the many food places along the road. However, overall experience and ambiance were fabulous. Definitely a repeat is a must.
The place is really a “sanctuary”, serene and relaxing. But most of all what makes our stay worthwhile are the courteous, accommodating and honest staff. Worth mentioning are Byron (who returned the wallet of my daughter left inside the room), Arjay (extra mile service) and Abet. They made our stay more comfortable with the service that they extended to us.
This company is fortunate to have them in their team. Kudos!
Enticing photos, so our family of six paid & checked in late PM, (but breakfast included was for four only) Good Friday, so tired. Lo n behold, room floor was sticky n haven't been mopped, with matching mga agiw sa shower room, empty shampoo & body wash bottles, linens & pillow cases straight from the "sampayan" they didn't even bother to press it ( my husband insisted they press it) old & worn out towels, with holes as big as a tennis ball, OMG. Management should see too it that everything in their resort is immaculately clean & in order. (Try to visit Abigatan ti Manila, maybe you'll learn a thing or two) Beautiful landscape & pool though, breakfast was okay.
