Good for event and a single night stay only, we stayed for few nights and its not worth it. The place and staff are great but amenities needs improvement( fridge dont work) floor around pool was slippery. If your thinking of staying for more than a night you need to bring all you need like toiletries coz theres none.

Worst experienced booking thru airbnb. We booked a room for 10 pax worth Php 10,800, and it was confirmed by the host, but later on, he said that the room was not available. Instead, he offer another room worth Php 3,500, a kubo room, so we asked him to cancel the booking as it was already deducted from the card we used, but the host refused because it would affect through the rating of their airbnb. Instead, he offered again 2 kubo rooms worth Php 3,500 plus Php 750 for the extra foam that is very thin. The total amount for 2 rooms is Php 8,500, including the 2 foams, and he agreed that he will give our change after our checkout, which is Php 2,300. After everything we had agreed, that's the time he told us a heads up about the place that there will be a birthday debut event. We aks him if we could use the pool, and he said yes, that it was 10 meters away from the function room. So we are expecting that we can use the pool even if there is an event. On the day of our check-in, we advised him that we would be doing a late check-in, as the check-in time was 2 p.m., we arrived at the place around 7 p.m., the host offered us for late check out because of the turn of events, and the dilemma got started. The place was fully packed of visitors, and they occupied almost the whole place, which the host didn't tell us at the start. He escorted us to our designated kubo room, and it was not appealing compared to the picture he sent before the booking. 10 minutes after we settled our things, there was no electricity for about 1 hour due to electrical problems. At this time, we feel that it is not very comfortable to stay, so we decided to use the pool, but since there is an ongoing party, we can not use the pool as it was located between the function room and our kubo. We have no choice but to watch the ongoing party, hoping that it will finish earlier, but we failed. We accepted the fact that we can not use the pool, and we dont like to act fool as it was nobody was using the pool at that time. We decided to go to our rooms and rest as we were going to check out early on the next day, but the party had just started so expectedly, the sounds were too loud, making us not to sleep early, so i had a time to checked the tv but then, tv was unable to use due to some broken fuse of their avr. I saw the inconvenience on the faces of my family. Everything is uncomfortable. At this time, we asked a 50% refund for the inconvenience we had. The host gave us Php 4,500, including the change we had agreed, so it was roughly Php 2,200 refund. On the next day, we checked out early, leaving the worst experience we had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The host claimed that he gave us 50% discount. To the host, Mr. Jovencio, do your math. No images are included because the situation has crushed us. If there is time for photography, it appears that the resort has to be improved because it is too pricey in comparison to other resorts. You will have the leisure to spend money without hesitation for comfort and experience when you hear the term "leisure farm."

Perfect for private event for family reunion, birthday party, etc... The caretaker was nice. There was a corkage for alcoholic drinks so it's better to buy there if it is just brandy. But the available drinks are limited. No corkage for food. The jacuzzi is not warm. It's just like a pool with bubbles.. That's my only disappointment. But all in all, the place is nice.. Its a good place for events that needed accomodations coz they have 2 large rooms for 20 each + 2 rooms for 4 person each.

Room was a bit stuffy due to the pandemic but clean. The hostess was very helpful with arrangements for food and other items and recommendations for activities nearby. Location is very convenient, just 50 meters away from Liliw town proper.

We visited between Christmas and New Year. It was rainy most of the time. We enjoyed the rustic Kubo, very confortable beds. Internet was ok but no tv. The homemade food was great, we were able to buy river crablets and the staff cooked for us. Friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoy the pool and had overall a very restful vacation. It's a great place to take a break from the crazy city.
