Yes we stayed in the newly built rooms. Bed is new even the toilet. But my goodness!!! Poor Internet connection ! What's the purpose of having a wifi when it's not working!! You can reach their frontdesk with mobile numbers - BUT NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOU!! You have to walk 10 minutes to go there only to find 3 - 4 staffs ate there!! Cable TV pop in and out!! It doesn't work! We have been here several times and this is the most disappointing stay we ever had! The location is hours away from Manila that's why it was convenient! I can't believe after developing this resort instead of improving services and amenities they're more downgrading! HK staffs are more approachable they assist immediately too when you need something! But staying too far from everything is not worth!! Paid the Garden Room 7,900 for this!! Not coming back!!! Also the band noise can be heard from your room as well!! 🤬 The breakfast is only 7am-9am with this 3 choices unlike before it was buffet style!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very very very poor overall.... very dated, run down and not very good. The pictures on the website are lies!!! Only 1 pool was open and that was falling apart. Tiles missing or falling off the pool. The slide was barely held together with cables. None of the jacuzzi pools were working and staff were not helpful. The food in the restaurant was the best part. Very disappointed

However, there are areas that could use improvement. Some of the rooms feel quite dated, and the beds were not as comfortable as expected. The television in the room was very basic, and the Wi-Fi was unfortunately unusable during our entire stay. There are also quite a lot of stairs around the resort, which can be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns. Additionally, the food prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, it was a good and relaxing stay. With a few updates, the resort has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.

This resort, 88 hot spring resort, is so beautiful and relaxing, their hotsprings are so peaceful, not only that, the kids can enjoy it because of their wide open fields that even if they chase each other, and another thing I saw is that they are pet friendly, they really enjoy it, then they also have a live band and a bar that is just right for a chill drink, the foods are delicious. They are here, so it was worth our stay, I can't say enough about the beauty of this resort.
