Accuracy: Share truthful impressions and avoid exaggeration or misinformation.
🚫 What Reviews Cannot Include
Reviews may not contain:

Full names, phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses, IDs, license plates, or other sensitive details.

Offensive or harmful content

Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, harassment, threats, obscene or sexually explicit language.

Irrelevant or misleading content

Political commentary, unrelated complaints, experiences from other properties, fake reviews, or content written by someone who did not stay at the property.

Incentivized or biased reviews

Reviews written in exchange for money, discounts, gifts, or other incentives (unless transparently disclosed by Sofaree).

Advertising or promotional material

Links, phone numbers, emails, or messages directing users to book outside Sofaree.

Pricing or disputes outside Sofaree

Comments on nightly rates, service fees, or promotions not booked directly through Sofaree.

Inappropriate photos

Stock photos, photos not related to the actual property, or images showing people without their consent.

Reviews may be edited or removed if they violate these guidelines or Sofaree’s Terms of Service.

Negative reviews that comply with these guidelines will not be removed just for being critical.
