WASTE OF MONEY The resort doesn’t have a beach access, they said that the beach is unsafe to swim during our stay but the guests of neighboring resorts are swimming at the beach because they have an access from their resorts. The internet connection was very unstable, they don’t have other solution but to restart the modem. The serving size of the free plated breakfast is very unsatisfying. The slippers are reusable, we can’t feel that we are in a luxury resort. For its cost, it’s not worth it to pay 25k php per night. They have aesthetic villas, but other than that there’s nothing really special to this resort. A real waste of money.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seaview Villa. The place is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, truly a relaxing getaway. However, there were a few hiccups in the service that I believe can still be improved: 1. Room: There were some inconsistencies with the amenities. Only one pair of room slippers was provided, and when we requested another, the staff seemed hesitant, looking directly at my partner already had his own slippers, which felt a bit awkward. Eventually, they did provide the extra pair. Also, there was only one coffee cup in the room. We had to request another one, which was accommodated quickly. 2. Restaurant: Surprisingly, the food was good. But again, some attention to detail is needed. Dishes were served without any serving spoons or forks, which should be a basic part of the dining setup. Additionally, water was served in plastic cups. For a resort charging over ₱21,000 a night, this felt out of place and inconsistent with the premium experience. Plastic cups are more fitting for fast food chains such Chowking (if you’re familiar with chowking, that’s the type or water plastic cups thay have in their restau) or casual setups, not a luxury resort. 3. Check-in/Check-out Process: Check-in formalities were done exactly at 3 PM. Ideally, this should be completed before check-in time so that guests can immediately access their rooms by then. There was also no explanation of the check-out process upon arrival. Although check-out was conveniently conducted in-room (which is great), I had to go all the way to the restaurant just to inquire about it, under the intense heat. This information should have been given during check-in to avoid unnecessary back and forth. I sincerely hope this feedback helps in improving the experience, especially since I’m considering bringing my family on my next visit. Overall, the villas are excellent and the staff were accommodating. It’s just the small details that need more attention to truly elevate the experience. ⭐️✨

Our stay at Tana Beach Villas was nothing short of amazing. The location is great, and while the beach has black sand, the overall ambiance more than makes up for it. The design and construction of the resort are classy, relaxing, and undeniably high-end—you’d honestly feel like you’ve been transported to Boracay. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is excellent—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The rooms are also very comfortable: the bed is soft, the furniture looks elegant and high-quality (mamahalin tignan), and the air conditioning works perfectly. One special touch we really appreciated was the evening bonfire paired with live music. It added a magical vibe while enjoying dinner under the stars. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay. My family had a lot of fun and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The same sentiment as others. The only thing we appreciated was the modern aesthetic interiors and the quality of materials used in building the villa. Other than that, every single move has additional fees. The serving size of the free plated breakfast is not satisfying. The toiletry set does not come with a comb. The rooms also have lots of mozzies, and they don't have anything to help you get rid of them, except OFF lotion. They also only give you two small complimentary bottles of water a day. The place is secluded, so it is not commutable at all, and there are no other establishments beside the resort. Therefore, the total cost of staying in this resort is far higher than the room you pay for because you need to consider the transportation fee, the food, and all the unexpected additional charges. Definitely, not value for money.

Nice boutique hotel in Batangas. Facilities and food were good. Very clean. Super baby friendly! My baby thoroughly enjoyed his stay here. Nice bonfire and music at night. Also has driver’s quarters. If you want a laid back quiet place to relax, this is the place to be.
