Shoreland Beach Resort powered by Cocotel

We went here last year together with my co-workmates for our team building. I must say that don't expect too much. When we checked in, I noticed that it was under renovation but the rooms that we used were still fine. AC's are good (tho I haven't slept at all since) The pool was quite small for me and they only have 1. I wasn't able to enjoy the beach as well since it has a lot of trash. All in all, it was still a fun experience.

Nice ambiance. Cozy rooms. Hospitable and they got nice staffs. Private Comfort Room and Common Comfort Room is clean. Overall the resort itself is 10/10. They got a pool for adults and kiddos. Plus it has a stunning view of the beach. You can enjoy it with your family and friends. Plus they the staff are hospitable and they have a sari sari store inside the resort. Prices is like a price in a sari sari store in the city.

I tell you the TRUTH I AGREED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS OLD AND NOT RENOVATED OR RESTORED Was transferred 2x room bec the room has bad odor so as the bathoom. The room doesn't have Netflix n Wi-Fi and tv was smaller size! The ppol waa not pump in ans out od water. It has insects too. The beach has lots of rubbish and it doesn't have catch net. Also, check in n out is not followed. They allow other guest to check in at different times. Was also in the ppol the pool side FAMILY ROOM that is twice the size of our room is 3500 acsdg to the property shower, our room is af 3000! Unbelievable! Was able to cross check with 3rd party hotel booking apps their publish[shore land] is MUCH HIGHER than their published rates. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THEIR PHOTOS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, NOT TRUE!

Sits in a busy street, all facilities are too old and definitely under maintenance. Furnitures in the room makes feel I’m so pity and misery, although the price is even higher than some high end resorts. Toilet doesn’t have lid, sometimes need to manually use bowl of water to flush. When raining the roof is dropping water. The sands are black and beach is full of garbage. At least at my time of visit, it’s not a very pleasing experience at all.

The swimming pool is great with LED lights. The best time to swim is around 5pm onwards. We stayed in room 8. The restroom had a foul smell.
