3 weeks agoI am now convinced that there are two phases in life: BEFORE Kapitan's Liwa's Kare-Kare and AFTER Kapitan's Liwa's Kare-Kare. Dined-in to this place to just try their famous Kare-Kare and I left this place a changed man. Somehow, the world felt a much nicer place knowing that Kare-kare this amazing exists. You haven't lived life if you haven't tried it!

3 months agoRed and Green room was disappointing. Rooms were not maintained well. All rustic materials and woods withered. Has its own comfort room but super small and dirty. Not worth it at all. It terms of location, the beach front has metals and debris anchored from destroyed houses. Try to avoid as much as possible. Actually try to avoid liwa. All resorts nearby were all the same.

4 months agoWe had dinner here last February 2025, and the food was superb! We ordered the crispy bagnet kare-kare along with mango and melon shakes. The serving size of the kare-kare was generous enough for two, with perfectly crisp pork and vegetables cooked just right. The shakes were refreshing and complemented the meal well. Service was quick, and the place also offers free Wi-Fi. Thanks to the large fans, the ambiance was comfortable and not too warm. Overall, we truly enjoyed our dining experience here and will definitely come back.

3 months agoWe ordered the kare-kare and it was really good, with a serving size big enough for two. The place itself is spacious, and you can choose from different seating areas depending on where you’re comfortable.

4 months agoOur Kapitan's Liwa experience is the best!💜 We originally booked a reservation on the week na nagkabagyo nang malala. Kapitan's never made it difficult for us to rearrange our plans. Napaka-generous sa updates, they said yes to our request for rebooking since sobrang sama ng panahon. We rebooked the following week and they still updated us na medyo baha nga sa lugar but we still pushed through and so thankful that we did. Staying here is very comfortable. The best part? We got our room upgraded to a special room pa since kami lang ang client nila on the day ng punta namin. Very much recommended! Accommodating staff ✅️ Good food ✅️ Excellent service ✅️ Would go back here again! Thank you si much, Kapitan's Liwa!! 💜💙🩵
