6 months agoa big room but this hotel is terrible, smells disgusting when you enter the hallways, water smells bad, and low maintenance, no heater, And mostly the towel that they provided was so old and rough. I will not come back anymore and I do not recommend it to anybody. Especially the swimming is so dirty and looks abandoned. Its a waste of money to stay at this place.

5 months agoWorst hotel ever, unclean, no air con, in a bad area. We booked rooms but when we arrived the showers didn't work, the toilets & bathrooms were filthy. We didn't stay & went to another hotel.

a year agoInitially booked the junior suite which was a room meant for 3 people (with 3 single beds) but before checking in, they informed us they had a problem with the key and if it was ok that they transferred us to a room with a queen sized bed plus an extra bed. Not knowing it would be a big change to the size of the room, we said yes. The extra bed they provided was very squeaky and it sometimes felt like it would just fold in half. The queen sized bed was also very squeaky so if someone in your group is a light sleeper, it is a bit challenging to move around. The bathroom was missing a hot and cold shower. When asked about it, they said they didn't turn it on but even when they did turn it on, water was still the same temperature. Towels were a bit thin and if held to the light had spots that were thinner than the rest. Blackout curtains were very effective and kept the room dark, room was clean upon arriving, front desk and reception staff were friendly even when I asked for an extra blanket in the middle of the night. Compared to the previous time I was here way before the pandemic, the interior is a bit better. Last time the room I stayed in had a wall with floor to ceiling mirror which was disorienting and weird but this room had a normal mirror and a standard wall so that was less awkward. For the price, I would still give the place a chance but probably avoid the extra bed situation again.

11 months agoCheck in at ur own risk. Value for money ok at 990 for a Standard room. Cons i encountered in my room. - noisy ac - not cooling at high cool setup ( i woke up sweating at 2pm ac only operates in fan. ) - 1 towel i received already has holes. ( iput the photos) - no hot shower. - shower are rusting. - toilet need to flush up to 3 times to ensure it sink. - markings on the beddings. - i saw cockroach infront of the cabinet. Pros when i requested for a glass and bowl ate provided naman agad. it's not the cleanliness i was expecting since i was a customer wayback 2019 and just returned in Iloilo for few times. I'll give benefit of the doubt that maybe only the room i checked in was on that state.
