Charlie’s El Nido

The hotel offers excellent dining options, and the breakfast is exceptionally good. The staff is very cooperative—since we had our van booked for 5:00 AM, we requested them to pack breakfast for us as it was a long drive ahead, and being vegetarian, we were concerned about finding suitable food on the way. The staff thoughtfully packed breakfast for both of us in a very organized and considerate manner. Apart from this, the rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is amazing. The only drawback is the location, as it is quite far from the town. However, the hotel provides shuttle services to and from the town as well as Lio Beach, which makes commuting convenient. Overall, my experience at this hotel was amazing.

The room we booked at Charlie’s was beautiful, luxurious, and spacious. The view was great and the room was designed well with a nice balcony. The resort itself is located far from El Nido Town even with a scooter we’d rented ourselves in town for a better rate. The food at Charlie’s left something to be desired for the highest prices we saw in Palawan. The service needs a lot of improvement: our room ran out of toilet paper and I asked the front desk for some, and after these hours, no one ever brought us toilet paper. Issues with internal team communication need to be resolved. I think this could be a good spot for families because it’s quieter, and it provided closer access to Nacpan beach (25 min) which is fabulous. The staircases to the rooms also could be maintained better. In general, wouldn’t come back but would recommend for families with small kids because the pools looked nice and the rooms and amenities were fine

A Peaceful, Modern Oasis – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Charlie’s El Nido Hotel! The hotel is modern, elegant, and impeccably clean, with a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of island hopping. The pool is beautifully designed and so refreshing, especially in the afternoon heat—definitely one of our favorite spots to unwind. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Their complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as into town, was fast and reliable, which made getting around stress-free. We also loved the free breakfast refreshments every morning—coffee, tea, juice, and a selection of fresh bread and pastries. A thoughtful and delicious bonus! Overall, Charlie’s offers a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido!

Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely perfect from start to finish. 🌴✨ The resort is modern, peaceful, and beautifully designed — everything feels fresh and well cared for. The pool was stunning and such a relaxing place to spend time, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What really made the difference was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful — they made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The service here truly goes above and beyond. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food were excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious meals. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to town and Lio Beach, which made exploring easy while still being able to return to the quiet comfort of the resort. This was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had in the Philippines. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in El Nido with top-notch service, modern facilities, and a tranquil atmosphere, Charlie’s is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The location is close to the airport with shuttles available to major spots and ports for island activities. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Food was good and the view from the hotel of the natural beauty of the place was stunning. Overall had a very good experience.
