2 weeks agoWe initially booked a basic 1st floor room. Room was outdated and AC was musty smelling and didn't cool the room down. After one night we chose to upgrade to Ocean view on 3rd floor. Our last 5 days here were great. This area of El Nido town is quiet with $1 Tuk Tuk rides into the main town. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. And the Pool is immaculate. Probably the highlight of the Hotel. One of only a few hotels in El Nido with a pool 15 meters from the ocean right on the beach. We would stay here again but would need to be a balcony room with split AC.

a week agoVery nice resort sprawled out with multiple buildings that includes many room options to meet any travelers needs. Nice breakfast served daily and included in the room price. Not far from town it's easy to grab a trike taxi for 100 pesos to enjoy an evening downtown.

4 months agolovely stay at Doublegem! the grounds are beautiful and the pool was just the right temp. the set breakfasts were delicious, and the service was wonderful. Sunset view unmatched! Only problem was our room did not have hot water- even after the staff tried to fix it. We managed OK and that was a small thing, compared to the atmosphere and how friendly the staff was. We hope to return if we come back to El Nido

4 months agoi highly recommend staying at Doublegem! This beautiful beach resort & hotel is located right on the beach so the views are beautiful. our room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the ocean. breakfast is included with a great & delicious variety suitable for anyone's dietary choice. The staff is both friendly & professional providing excellent customer service for everything from island tours to in-room massage therapist, all at reasonable rates!

7 months agoBeautiful location overlooking the water providing great sunset views while you are in the Infinity pool, restaurant, or in your suites, it's like a postcard perfect. Staff is very efficient, attentive and friendly warmly greeting guests. Includes daily buffet breakfast with many delicious choices. Infinity pool Many outside adventures can be arranged with the resort as well. All in all the owners have created an affordable oasis on the heart of El Nido. Highly recommended to friends, family and all that we meet along the way. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you. More power
