The Overlook Port Barton

Beautiful view, it is very peaceful, the internet is perfect so if you are looking for a Peaceful and quiet place this is your place! I even did yoga twice in the morning . There is no breakfast but it is just 2m by scooter to get to the first restaurant in town. Alan is an amazing person and we rent the scooter from him. The rooms are comfy and clean, same for the toilets. We recommend taking a shower in the shower with a view, it is the best shower toilet ever! Highly recommend spending your time here if you come to port Barton

We stayed at The Overlook recently and we absolutely loved it! The location is just stunning, the pictures really don't do it justice. Sam and Anita are wonderful hosts, they really looked after us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The accommodation, toilets and showers are clean and tidy - the views are incredible from the toilets / showers as well as the tents! We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Port Barton. It is a beautiful spot on Palawan!

You will not regret staying here! We had such a lovely stay at the Overlook and Alan was really helpful in organising our island hopping tour for us. A short and steep climb up but the best view in Port Barton, waking up to the sunrise looking over the bay was just amazing. A very short walk to the beach and into town with loads of nice restaurants and bars❤️

We arrived two weeks before the lock down. And had a wonderful time. The views are breathtaking. We stayed in one of the bell tents. They are so spacious and comfortable. Not only is there a very nice double bed but a 2 seater sofa and a fan which we seldom needed to use as the ventilation through the tent is adequate. The decking allows wonderful views of the jungle canopy and beautiful Port Barton bay and beach. Truly a slice of paradise. Sam & Anita are great hosts with always time to advise you of tours, transportation, places to eat and drink etc. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere is what we felt and nothing was too much trouble from the team at the Overlook. We definitely will return!!

Sam and Anita are the best hosts you could wish for. They are helpful, informative, funny, kind and just bloody wonderful people. The accommodation is comfy, clean and everything I needed. I felt immediately at home and loved everything it had to offer, especially THE VIEW! Wow, what a view. This is the best place in Port Barton to take you away from the noise, give you a relaxed and comfortable feeling and just enjoy everything the place has to offer. Amazing vibe, amazing value, just amazing.
