Ausan Beach Front Cottages and Restaurant

Never ever will I stay here again. This is far below the Philipino standard. The room is very small and dirty. The airco is outdated. The people at the reception walk away when you come up and greet them. Breakfast took 45 min after ordering even though we ordered first because we had a daytrip planned. The next day when ordering the pork breakfast, they camera with the remark that they weren't sure if it is pork or chicken. The shower wasn't working properly. It was "cold" or dangerously hot. The comment on this was that it is due to the recent typhoon passing although I'm not sure when looking at other reviews. Too bad from all of this because the location is really nice at the beach. Shoutout to the guys from the boat tour that were on site of this hotel. Not sure if they are a part of the hotel. This was the best private tour we had compared to all locations on Palawan.

If you're coming to Port Barton make sure you stay at Ausan Beach Front. The staff will bring a smile to your day. Thanks to Zyreme, Ailene, Marjorie for the wonderful welcome. Chilled, relaxed family vibe. Free breakfast was a bonus and the food menu is delicioua. Easy to book island hopping tours. Well located on the beachfront. Don't swim in the sea as there are jellyfish.

I think the location is the best part of this place, it is right on the beach. However the rooms need updating, the linens were awful and it didn’t feel super clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. But overall you’re paying for the view, the rooms are very basic and like I say really need some attention.

Stunning beautiful front beach hotel so nice and friendly staff, also they have the best and tasty Filipino food yummy I will surely miss it see you next time I'll come back surely. Keep up the good work

The most amazing venue and location. Right on the beach. You have a full view from the fining area. Free breakfast depending on booking, great food, lovely staff, all very friendly and accommodating. They arrange tours and have massage on site. Good WiFi, air-conditioning works lovely. Highly recommended.
