To set your payout method, go to My Account -> My Profile, edit your Payout Information and save!
As a host, you’ll need to provide us with your preferred bank or e-wallet details where you will receive payouts. We have automatic payout schedules 24-48 hours after the completion of each booking.
To receive payouts:
- go to My Account -> Dashboard, and then select “Wallet” from the Main Menu.
- Click on “Withdrawal Form”
Available payout methods:includes all major banks, such as
- BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Chinabank, RCBC, Landbank, Unionbank, Security Bank, PNB, DBP, EasWest, AUB, HSBC.
and e-wallets:
- GCash, Maya.
We highly recommend that you ask your guests to post a review of your resort or service; reviews mean a better reputation on Sofaree!
You can also submit a withdrawal request by Clicking on Withdrawal Form and submitting an amount to be transferred to your payout method.
Understanding Your Earnings
The earnings list in the Wallet Dashboard shows you all your latest bookings, with status, the booking amount and amount earned on that booking date.
Payout History
The Payout History list shows you the amounts that have been paid out to you, and the date those amounts were paid.
Sofaree releases host payouts after the guest has successfully checked in and the reservation has started.
In certain situations, payout release may be delayed, particularly in cases where there are pending account or identity verification concerns.
These happen during:
- New host review and compliance checks
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Investigations involving disputes, cancellations, or policy violations
- circumstances where we need to perform an additional review.
- Payout Release
Once a payout has been released, it normally takes
- PHP 1–50,000: about 15 minutes
- > PHP 50,000:
- If withdrawn within 6:00am–3:00pm: within 24 to 48 hours
- If withdrawn outside 6:00am–3:00pm: up to 48 to 36 hours
