Soledad Homestay

Owner/ Manager and all their staffs are very polite and accommodating. It is the nearest transient in Masasa beach and near tricycle terminal. High pressure water but their comfort rooms/bath rooms need a lot of improvement (not tiled) and their mono block chairs are old and need a replacement. The amenities of this transient is just fit and reasonable for its price. But overall we enjoyed our stay in this resort.

Their transient house can accommodate 40-50pax which is good for big family. They have 4 rooms on their main house (3 of them are airconditioned) and they also have 4 big size huts. 1 hut is store, the remaining 3 huts are accommodation that can cater 4-5 pax per hut (not airconditioned). Expect that there are power and water interruption since this island is not yet fully established. Globe, Smart and Dito Sim also have no signal. Not sure about other networks. They don’t have free wifi here, but they have piso wifi that you can register located in the first hut of the store inside soleded homestay. There is also no nearby food so you need to cook. Thankfully, their all around tour guide, kuya Mac is super hands on when it comes to their guests. But please, since it is super hard to get to this place, let’s also help those who help us to enjoy our hassle free trip by giving us a tip. =) Additionally, don’t expect too much from their cr. They have 3 Comfort rooms that are not yet fully renovated. But overall, I recommend this place since it is the closest place to Masasa beach which is 5-10mins walk from the transient house.
