From the cozy ambiance of your place to the way you made sure everything was perfect, I felt right at home. I especially appreciate the added treat — the complimentary fresh catch from the sea! I will rate our stay here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing—it was beautiful despite being very affordable. The owner was very kind and checked on us from time to time. Even though we didn’t meet them in person, they made sure we were comfortable. Ate Epen was also very friendly. She was always at their mini store, ready to help us if we needed anything. The store had all the things we might need. (I just wish there were no hidden charges. We thought utensils and basic toiletries were included, but they were not. But for the price, it was still okay because it was very affordable.) We also got free service to the beach, and the island-hopping tour they booked for us was very nice. Overall, we had a great time at BnB Transient House. We will come back again!

We had a great time staying at BnB Puting Bahay in Masasa Beach in Tingloy Island. Very hotel-like bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is well-maintained and very clean. They have their own service tricycle which takes the guests to the beach. We would love to come back here soon!

The best homestay in Tingloy, Batangas. Running water ✅ Electricity ✅ Electrical outlets ✅ Bathrooms ✅ Sinks ✅ Basic cooking facilities ✅ Refrigerator ✅ Connectivity (internet, phone) - Weak; Need to pay additional for wifi connectivity Drinking water ✅ Recreational activities ✅ (Use of videoke is free. They also have a junior billiard, card games, and sungka) The host is very hospitable and accommodating.
