Son Francisco Campsite and Beach Resort

We had a great experience at the San Francisco camping site. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and well-maintained—including the bathrooms. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made for a relaxing stay. The campsite is beachfront, though the shore has pebbles instead of fine sand—but that’s no big deal. One thing to note: there were a lot of flies. Not sure why, since the place is organized and there are lidded trash bins everywhere, but the flies were RELENTLESS!—especially around food. It’s definitely not the owners’ fault, just something to be aware of. Also, while speakers aren’t allowed in the campsite (which we appreciated), nearby resorts sometimes have karaoke, and unfortunately, some guests don’t seem to care about noise levels. If you’re sensitive to sound, bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones just in case. Overall, still a solid 5-star stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a chill camping experience by the beach.

We camped here this Holy Week, and I must say, the place is great for camping. It’s quiet and far from the busy metro. All you hear are the waves crashing on the stony seashore. The beach is clean, and there are plenty of coconut trees where you can hang a hammock — definitely a plus for me. They have lights at night, and the water pressure in the CR is strong. The place is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your fur babies. There’s a sari-sari store too, so no worries if you forget to bring something. The owner is also very friendly and hospitable, which made the stay even better. My only complaint is the road going there — it’s a long, rough ride, so drive carefully. If your car is a 4x4, then no problem at all!

We had a wonderful car camping experience, the place was well maintained and clean. Sir Lito the owner was very accommodating, booking was not a problem. Very clean restrooms also 👌👌👌
