Stayed at the frances room and Christine room for 12k/night/room. Exceptional customer service from lifeguards, maintenance housekeeping and even the chef, whenever we asked or complained about something, it would get fixed.
I am however upset that I needed to ask for things for 12,000/night, such as extra towels when they knew it would be five of us. There was 2 water bottles and 1 amenity kit. The balcony was also dirty. The worst part is the water in the shower wouldn’t drain so by the time 2/5 people have showered, you are stepping in dirty water, and you can imagine how nasty the water is by the time it’s 5 people who have used it. Also the water would somehow pool around the toilet and there was no drain, so water would again pool but I got finally fed up with the nastiness so I asked to get it cleaned up and they cleaned it instantly.
This is worth 5k/night at most, and that’s speaking from having visited first class fairmont level resorts in the US, CA and Mexico who had much better beaches and was charging comparable to what I paid for our visit. Thank you to the staff for making it good enough that our family enjoyed the stay.
We had plans for our friend’s birthday, and this was the place we booked for the weekend. The rate was 25k for 10 people, which included accommodation, dinner, and breakfast. The place is nice and quite elegant overall.
However, since we were a group of 10, we expected the room the villa to be more spacious or better equipped. Unfortunately, the setup wasn't ideal: only 4 beds and 1 sofa bed for all 10 of us. They also provided just 2 complimentary bottles of water for 10 people. Yes, we had to share! Same goes for the guest kits—only 2 sets, so we joked that we’d be sharing a toothbrush. HAHA.
It would’ve been better if they had clearly stated that the amenities were not actually intended for 10 people. We might’ve understood, but it wasn’t mentioned at all. They do offer free Wi-Fi, but there’s barely any internet connection in the rooms you need to go to the reception area to get a decent signal.
On the bright side, the food was good! Since it was a buffet, we definitely enjoyed it. We think the accommodation is more suited for families than for barkada groups The staff were very nice, which helped ease our initial frustrations. And the best part? The snorkeling! It was the highlight of our stay, special shoutout to the staff who assisted us, they made the experience unforgettable.
The place is good enough to have a good time with family and friends. The pool has jets and water fountain which is accessible from the cottage area however the beach can be reached in about a 2 to 3 minute walk. About 1km away, there are convenience stores including a 7-11. The stores sell charcoals and purified tube ice for those with weak stomachs like myself. The resort doesn't have any refrigerators inside the cottages so bring your coolers. Overall, my family had a good time and customer service gets an additional star! I would recommend this place! Attentive and caring staff! **RECOMMENDED**
If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat where you can unwind and connect with nature, I highly recommend this resort. Its idyllic location, welcoming ambiance, peaceful atmosphere, and great accommodations. And this is the reason why we come back to Severina's every summer.
But, if gusto nyo mag videoke or play ng malalakas na sounds and music, I wouldn’t recommend this place since they don’t allow Videoke and loud noises.
Yes! You have to walk to the beach front that’s about 150m from the resort. The beach front is also clean . I guess yung ibang guests kasi hindi sila sa main beach front ng Severina's napunta since bawal ang mga boats sa mismong beach front nila. May nalakagay din silang mga cottages sa beach front.
The staff members were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Will definitely come back to this peaceful and relaxing haven.

Walking distance from the beach, but you have a nice pool and private space sa gabi
