San Juan-ito’s Resort and Hotel

The place was good and even the pools, it's just that the customer service is very poor I don't know since we arrive parang lutang po yung mga nag aasisst and I understand maybe pagod na but the next day we waited almost an hour regarding of Island hopping but at the end di kame natuloy kase sabe meron nadaw bangkero naka usap kaso my mas inuna pa samen Iguess yung mga nasa kabilang private ressort and they're offering me another package which is 4500 but the original price they have is 3500 I have nothing against the offer but I was waiting for the consideration because we have until 12pm and we are there before 8 and until 9am we waited for nothing I was hopping to hear na ok sir extend ko nalang kahit 1hr yung stay nyo since gusto nyo matuloy mag island hopping but they didn't offer plus the food is good its just the poor service kulang kulang po like kakaen napo kame medyo mainit sila naka fan kameng guest na kumakaen need pa mag request second is the condiments and necessary tissue should always offered once na kumakaen but I guess they will learn since I was giving this a rate so all and all ok yung place pool at lalo nayung food its just the customer service we got I'm not expecting a high and great service but those basic should not be told all they time that's all.

The rates are overpriced and not worth it. There are better resorts around San Juan that can offer better service at a more affordable cost. We availed seven (7) rooms. If it werent for the schedule and unavailabity of other resorts, we will never chose this one. I was told by my friends that the staff were not friendly and accommodatng. Also, when we enter our room, we found garbages and unwashed plates and utensils inside the cabinet, which is really disappointing. I was not able to take pictures because we were already tired with the travel from Manila. The pools were great though and the ambiance is nice. The food is ok but also pricey (halo-halo is a BIG NO!). Also, it is worth to note that water activities charge an extra of 500 pesos just because we were staying at this resort. According to the boatman, it was part of some agreement between them and the resort. All-in-all, the stay was ok. But, If given the choice, i rather go to other resorts that offer better service and room rates.

We rode there to eat. The food was amazing. The place looks great. Like super great. I cannot comment on the rooms as I did not see them. Locationwise we got there because we are on dirt bikes. Coming in from the "proper" way by car will be challenging but well worth it!

It’s a resort and hotel at San Juan, Batangas that provides relatively relaxing ambiance because you can view the sea from atop. It has several rooms and has buffet meals. The road in going there is a real challenge since you uave to pass through the rough road and there no other way to go but only through it. Painstakingly when you drive you have to be extra cautious because it rains the road becomes muddy and there are no street lights along the road. It could have been a good getaway place for divers.

The ownly downside was there was no Signal for data nor wifi. So if you are looking for a gadget detox this is a good resort, but if you are doing business with leisure then it might not be for you. Prepare to bring cash since signal isn't easy so they don't accept credit cards. When it comes to service, the staff are helpful and great. Rooms are clean an spaceous we love it.
